Gardenias and a rush of grapefruit and lemon zest fill the nose on a mineral foundation. The flavors reflect the nose, with tart citrus, pineapple and mouthwatering acidity and a lingering finish. This Manifesto! is also good for the conscience. The winery donates a portion of bottling line proceeds to charity, worker housing, Latino education in the Napa Valley and clean to clean drinking water.
